New Stage Workshop - Drag 101
Drag 101
Sunday, April 29th, 2018 - 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm
Join London Drag Queens Mz Affra-Tighy and Lita Von Sleaze in a three hour crash course in all things Drag! From the history of drag performance to how to walk in heels and a practical makeup tutorial, they'll take you through everything you've always wanted to know and answer questions you didn't even know you had. This workshop is open to people of all gender identities and sexual orientations.
For this workshop we're offering LCP member pricing of $25 per person, regardless of whether or not you're a member of London Community Players!
Please Note: All New Stage Workshops take place at the London Community Players' Annex Space at 523 South St, NOT at the Palace Theatre. Spots in the workshops are limited and need to be purchased in advance as some preparation may be required, as well as items brought from home. We ask that you arrive prior to the workshop start time.
The New Stage Program is made possible by the Ontario Trillium Foundation. An agency of the Government of Ontario, the Ontario Trillium Foundation (OTF) is one of Canada’s largest granting foundations. With a budget of over $136 million, OTF awards grants to some 1,000 projects every year to build healthy and vibrant Ontario communities.
